We handle the entire scope: framing changes, careful tear-out of damaged trim and siding, sheathing repair, house-wrap detailing, new trim or siding, caulk, prime and two coats of paint — inside or out — so walls are structurally sound, fully sealed and matched to the rest of your home.
Our process
Step-by-step, no surprises
Every framing, siding & exterior painting project follows the same disciplined sequence — so you always know what's happening next.
1. On-site inspection
Angel walks every wall or elevation, probes suspect trim and siding for hidden rot, checks framing conditions, and photographs what needs to be opened up.
2. Written scope & quote
You get an itemized quote separating framing, siding, sheathing repair, house-wrap, flashing, caulk, prep and paint — so the scope is clear before we start.
3. Framing & tear-out
Framing changes are done first — new studs, headers or blocking. Damaged trim and siding are removed cleanly, cutting back to sound sheathing wherever rot is found.
4. Sheathing, wrap & flashing
Rotted sheathing is replaced. House wrap is patched or replaced and lapped correctly. Head flashing and Z-metal go in above every horizontal joint and window.
5. New siding & trim
New James Hardie® or LP® SmartSide® material is installed to manufacturer nailing patterns and joint spacing. Corners, window casings and frieze boards are set true and level.
6. Surface prep, prime & paint
Interior or exterior: surfaces are scraped, sanded, patched and cleaned. Bare material is primed. Two coats of premium acrylic paint are applied to your chosen color.
7. Cleanup & walk-through
Debris is hauled off, magnets are swept for nails outside, drop cloths and tape come up cleanly inside, and we walk every wall or elevation with you before final invoice.

Interior painting typically runs $2.50–$5 per square foot of wall and ceiling, or $400–$900 per average room including prep and two coats. Exterior painting runs $2.75–$5.50 per square foot of wall area corner-to-corner. Trim repair typically runs $250–$900 per window or door. Section siding replacement runs $12–$22 per square foot installed and painted. Framing is priced per scope after on-site measurement.
