1. On-site measurement
Angel walks the property line, verifies your survey pins or plat, notes gate locations, slope and any HOA style requirements.
2. Itemized quote
You get a written per-linear-foot quote broken down by demo, posts, pickets, gates, stain and haul-off.
3. 811 locates & HOA approval
We call 811 for utility locates and, if your HOA requires it, submit fence style and stain color for approval before we begin.
4. Demo & post setting
Old fence and concrete footings are removed and hauled off. New posts are set to correct depth in concrete and allowed to cure before pickets go up.
5. Rails, pickets, gates & caps
Horizontal rails are hung, pickets are hand-nailed or screwed to spec, and gates are hung with adjustable heavy-duty hardware. Cap and trim boards are installed for a clean, straight top line.
6. Cleanup & walk-through
We haul off all scrap and old fence material, sweep magnets across the lawn to catch nails, and walk the finished fence with you.
