See the difference

Before & after

A ramp that's too steep, too narrow or missing landings is worse than no ramp — it's a fall risk. We build to ADA and residential accessibility guidelines (1:12 slope, 36" clear width, 60" level landings at top and turns, edge protection) so the ramp is safe, code-compliant and lasts. On cleanup: most junk-hauling operators sub the work out and charge a premium for scheduling. We own our trailer and truck, so pricing stays fair, scheduling stays fast, and the same crew that quoted you shows up — insured, respectful and on time.

  • Ready ramps for quick access needs — modular aluminum or wood
  • ADA-compliant permanent ramps built to 1:12 slope with level landings and edge protection
  • Concrete, aluminum and pressure-treated wood ramp construction
  • Same-week scheduling for cleanup and debris removal (often next-day)
  • Construction and remodel debris: drywall, tile, cabinets, decking, fencing
  • Full garage, attic, shed, estate and rental cleanouts
  • Responsible disposal — donation, recycling, licensed transfer station

Overview

How A-Legacy handles ready ramps, ada access & site cleanup

A-Legacy builds ready ramps and ADA-compliant accessibility ramps for homes across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen and the surrounding North Dallas area — in concrete, aluminum or wood, sized to the correct slope, landings and edge protection so residents and visitors get in and out safely.

The same crew and 14-foot dump trailer handles jobsite and property cleanup: construction debris, remodel tear-out, furniture, appliances and estate clear-outs. You don't lift a thing — we load from wherever it sits and sweep the area before we leave.

Our process

Step-by-step, no surprises

Every ready ramps, ada access & site cleanup project follows the same disciplined sequence — so you always know what's happening next.

  1. 1. Text a photo or call for a quote

For a ramp, send a photo of the entry and note the rise (steps or threshold height). For cleanup, send a photo of the pile or list what needs to go. You get a same-day quote — flat-rate for hauling, itemized for ramps.

  2. 2. On-site measurement (ramps)

For ADA-compliant work Angel measures rise, run available, landing space and door swing, then sizes the ramp and landings to code.

  3. 3. Schedule build or pickup

Cleanup jobs are typically booked within 24–72 hours. Ramp builds are scheduled around material lead time (usually 1–2 weeks for aluminum and concrete).

  4. 4. Build or load-out

Ramps are built on-site with proper footings and edge protection. Cleanup crews load from wherever the debris sits — inside, upstairs, garage, backyard, jobsite.

  5. 5. Sweep, walk-through & photo confirmation

We sweep or blow the area clean, walk the finished ramp with you, and send a completion photo before we leave the property.

  6. 6. Responsible disposal

Usable items go to local donation centers. Metal and electronics are recycled where possible. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station.

Ready ramps (modular aluminum or short wood ramps): often installed in 1 day once materials arrive. Permanent ADA-compliant concrete or wood ramps: 2–5 days depending on rise and footings. Single-load hauls: scheduled within 24–72 hours and completed in 60–120 minutes on-site. Multi-load cleanouts: usually done in a single day.

Honest pricing guidance

Ready aluminum ramps typically start around $1,800 for short-rise porch access; longer permanent aluminum systems run $2,800–$6,500. Wood ramps run $150–$225 per linear foot. Concrete ADA ramps are quoted per project based on rise, landings and railings. Site cleanup is priced by volume: single-item pickups start around $95, quarter-trailer $185–$275, half-trailer $325–$450, full 14-ft trailer $525–$725. Heavy loads (concrete, tile, dirt) are priced separately.

Frequently asked

Ready Ramps, ADA Access & Site Cleanup questions from North Dallas homeowners

Do you build ADA-compliant ramps for private homes?+

Yes — we build both quick 'ready ramps' for temporary or short-term access and permanent ADA-compliant ramps (1:12 slope, 36" clear width, 60" level landings at top and turns, edge protection and handrails as required) in concrete, aluminum or wood.

How do I know if I need a temporary ready ramp or a permanent ADA ramp?+

Short-term recovery, rental homes or single-step thresholds are usually well served by a modular aluminum ready ramp. Long-term accessibility, higher rises, and homes being aged in place typically call for a permanent concrete or engineered wood ramp built to ADA guidelines. Angel walks you through both options at the estimate.

What can't you haul during cleanup?+

We don't take hazardous materials — paint, oil, gasoline, asbestos, or medical waste. Everything else — furniture, appliances, remodel debris, yard waste, mattresses — is fair game.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?+

Not required for cleanup. As long as the items are accessible (garage code, gate open, marked pile), we'll send you photos and a payment link when we're done. Ramp installs typically require someone home for the final walk-through.
